After your Purchase
- A expert will contact you and send you a receipt and your ticket confirmation within 72 hours.
- On January 10, 2010 we will reconfirm your delivery options, whether Pick Up at our Hospitality Desk or Special Delivery.
- After that, on February 1st, we will provide you with our full 2010 Rio Carnival Guide including a party planner with balls and street bands schedule. It will also give you useful information on Parade Description, how to get to the sambodromo. All accomplished with insiders' recommendations, exclusively prepared to assist you.
- Once in Rio, come to our Hospitality Desk to get your tickets. If you have opted for a special deliver, just come to say Hello. We will be thrilled to have you in Rio de Janeiro.
Special Delivery
As you know, you can exchange your vouchers for actual tickets at our Hospitality Desk. However, an alternative we strongly recommend is to have your ticket delivered to your hotel or preferred address in the city of Rio de Janeiro. In this case, a US$ 14 handling fee charge per ticket will be applied to a max fee of US$ 30 for multiple tickets. Should you opt for the special delivery, you have to give us instructions in writing by email. We also deliver to all cruise ships on February 14th and 15th in the morning. For other special arrangements, just contact our Carnival Help Desk and we will do the utmost to accommodate your request.

- Full Rio Carnival 2010 Guide with Insiders´ Recommendations so you can maximize your carnival experience: the best and the only guide you will need to have at hand to know all your options to make the best out of your Carnival times in Rio. You will receive our unique, totally comprehensive and very practical Carnival Guides in English with all events, balls and samba places including up-to-date ticket details and full addresses (to show it to any taxi driver). It is exclusively compiled and given only to our clients. It is a complete and in-depth version of the guides available on our site.
- Detailed Description and Explanation of the Parade - You will also receive our comprehensive Parade Description to help you prepare for the big event and better understand it. It will contain the history and a good description of the components of the Parade and explain how it works as a competition.
- Help & Instructions - You will receive practical instructions and recommendations how to get to the Sambodromo, find your sector and what to take. It will also explain how to use your tickets and what it entitles you to.
- Ticket Pick Up – After booking your carnival ticket, you will receive e-voucher by email which have to be exchanged for actual tickets once you get to Rio de Janeiro, thru our Hospitality Desk located in Copacabana Beach. Actual tickets are only released by Carnival authorities a few days before the event to avoid counterfeit. Our Hospitality Desk will be functioning at the Rio Othon Hotel, and tickets may be exchanged from Friday February 12th thru Monday February 15th, 2010 and on Saturday February 20th, 2010 for those who purchased a Winner's Parade ticket. From 10AM to 5PM, local time.
